12. Hallelujah I love her so (ray charles)
The second album arranged by AL COHN. The group obvious enjoyed recording this album. Great songs.

Perhaps Buddy's second best album of the sixties. Robert Mersey's arrangements are beautiful. Listen to 'BUT BEAUTIFUL". Buddy knocks Billie Holiday off her feet, with this copy of Ray Ellis arrangement. But almost all songs are splendid: the up-tempo Come rain or come shine and After the lights go down low, with the famous Greco yelps. A great album!

Buddy back at his roots. This is the Buddy Greco Trio. On 'this could be' (and others) the Epic guys added muted trumpets and voices, but the original items are all trio work.
Listen again to the typical Greco yelps and Buddy's excellent piano pieces : You're the top!

Here's Buddy again with his own surprising versions of "this moment' songs. I like his version of DESAFINADO and THE GOOD LIFE. Nice work by Bud Shank and Shelly Manne.

11. Passing pastels (greco-graham)
12. Angel Eyes (brent-dennis)
I'm very sorry to say I don't like this album. The Robert Mersey arrangements are dead. The sound of the LP is very strange/very cold. On the CD version the sound is much better. I only like 'THE EASY WAY' .
But strange enough this album is in the top 200 best album's ever made!.

1. The lady is a tramp (hart-rodgers)
This became a often spinned PARTY album in the sixties. Come on and swing with me! (This is the UK version of BG Greatest Hits)

1. The lady is a tramp (hart-rodgers) (arranged & conducted by Chuck Sagle)(10/15/59)
Slight different record then One More Time! (US version)

This is the LP version of mostly all Musicraft items from 1946/1948.Only the engineers who did this job should be strangled. The sound is very bad. Otherwise the songs are not bad at all.
By the way Buddy Greco's number one hit Ooh, look a there is missing!! Stupid!!

Buddy Greco mentioned this albums for many years as his most favourite one. The twelve songs are pieces of sheer pleasure, and I hope for you to listen to. Let's hope hope we can do it again sometime (Tony Palmer/producer)
Note: The UK version is much better than the US version. Excellent linernotes. With US version typical Greco yelps deleted. song list : 1-2-3-4-5-6-9-8-7-10-11-12.

1. You win again

An amazing album. Buddy sung and arranged this one...and how! Listen to JAMBALAYA. It knocks you out of your chair. I like especially- I'm sorry for you my friend. But the whole album is great. A collectors item! Buddy's backed by the Anita Kerr singers. and some fine Nashville musicians. Album information on UK pressing very bad/stupid.

Information on album wrong/confusing. song 1 on album arranged by HB Barnum, on single by Richard Wess
